Meet Aprille

After more than a decade leading public relations and communications campaigns across the Caribbean, I saw a gap. Too often, Caribbean brands were represented by international firms that had the media connections but not the cultural insight. The stories they told didn’t always reflect who we are.

 

I founded Thomas.A Public Relations Limited to change that. Our agency blends a robust international media network with deep Caribbean expertise, creating strategies that are culturally grounded, globally relevant, and impossible to ignore.

My career has taken me across the world: I’ve studied communications internationally, and managed or directed PR agencies on multiple continents. I’ve led campaigns for major tourism boards, global development partners, financial institutions, and corporate brands, helping them build visibility, protect their reputations, and inspire audiences.

Today, my mission is clear: to build a Caribbean-led PR and strategic communications firm that elevates our region’s narratives on the world stage - authentically, creatively, and with measurable impact.​​

Specialized in communications research and behavioural communication. This advanced study helped me understand how audiences process information and what drives behavioural change. By analyzing patterns in media consumption and engagement, I’ve developed the ability to craft strategies that not only inform but also inspire action and create lasting impact.

This degree offered me a strong foundation in media production, storytelling, and digital innovation, while the marketing component sharpened my ability to connect content with audience needs. With this blend of skills, I learned to craft impactful narratives and strategies that engage and influence in today's digital landscape.
